As we all know, different 3d printer use different cura software.
One of our partner feedback to us that the printing meet problem.
The problem is when he arrange printing, the 3d printed model donot appear at the center of heating board.
Makerpi3d printer technical staff conclude that this is caused by the wrong choice of 3d printer model.
We asked our partner to send us the photo of printing and cura.
We checked the photo from our partner, it indicate that our partner use the cura version of Ultimaker 3d printer to transfer 3d file to stl file in Mac computer.
Makerpi3d printer staff send our partner the makerpi Mac version cura software via wechat, our partner decompress software and install it, and then printing work well.
That whole problem is solved within 20mins by makerpi technical support team.
Hope that one day, official cura may add makerpi3d into their 3dprinter model choice catalog.
